Fish Head Soup:

2 King Salmon Heads

8 cups of water

6 fresh carrots, cleaned and

sliced into 1/2'' pieces

6 pieces of fresh celery, cleaned

and sliced into 1/4" pieces

1 small onion, diced

salt and pepper to taste

Bring all the vegetable ingredients to a boil. Lower heat and cook until vegetables are done. Then add cleaned fish heads (whole) and cook for 30-40 minutes or until the fish is soft and thoroughly done.

Serve with lemon slices.
